When will my order ship?+
Every BUT GOD piece is printed to order. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
Where do you ship?+
Currently shipping to Canada and the United States. International shipping coming soon. All orders ship from Canada.
How long does delivery take?+
Shipping is calculated live at checkout, and the carrier options shown include their own delivery estimates. All items ship from Canada.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?+
That is your choice at checkout. Prepay duties and taxes with your order and nothing is owed on delivery, or pay customs when the package arrives. Canadian orders are not affected.
Do you keep items in stock?+
Yes. We hold limited quantities of each piece. Once a size sells out, it may or may not return.
Can I do local pickup?+
Yes. Pickup is free, available Sundays at 66 Gerrard Street East, outside the main entrance, between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM EST. Bring proof of purchase (your order receipt). Details are confirmed after purchase.
What is your return policy?+
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and approved before it is sent back. We do not accept returns for change of mind, not liking the item after receiving it, or ordering the wrong size. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Will sold-out sizes return?+
Some pieces may restock. Join the list to be notified when they do.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices are anchored in CAD. If you're shopping from the US or EU, prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
