Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your BUT GOD piece. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item meets all return conditions below.

- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with proof of purchase
Not accepted
- Change of mind
- Not liking the item after receiving it
- Items returned without approval
- Sale items
- Limited-release items, unless required by law
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We only cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
How to start a return
Email info@butgodproject.ca with your order number and a short explanation. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Lost returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
